With a Bachelor's degree from Corban University and a Master's from Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), Juni bridges the gap between our technical goals and daily business realities. Her hands-on oversight ensures that our engineering team can focus entirely on development, knowing the company's foundation is secure.

Hendrik serves as the CTO of Dot Connect, acting as the driving force behind the company's technical vision and directing end‑to‑end product development and technology strategy. Before establishing DCN, Hendrik amassed over a decade of leadership experience in software engineering, enterprise system architecture, and digital innovation at a major Japanese corporation.

A Monbukagakusho (MEXT) scholar and graduate of the prestigious University of Electro-Communications in Tokyo, Hendrik ensures that every solution delivered by Dot Connect is scalable, highly secure, and built for the future.
